If you are unsatisfied with an item for whatsoever reason, we will accept returns only if the product return intimation done to us within three days of receiving the product and ship it back to us within 7 days after intimation in intact and unused condition to below return shipping address and update us with tracking details within 24 hours of product shipment.

Terms and conditions of returning the goods

  • 20% value of the product will be deducted as restocking fees
  • Shipping and insurance charges if any are non refundable
  • Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount for items with FREE SHIPPING
  • Refund will be given as Store Credit (Credit will be added to your account on and can be used within 15 days for any other purchase)
  • Order once placed will not be refunded in cash


Q1. How do I get a defective item replaced?

A1. All products sold at jewelscharm.comare covered under our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of damages or defects within 3 days from the date of delivery, and we will either give your Store credit or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.

In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at within 3 days from the date of Receiving. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will give you store credit(cost of return shipping will be borne by buyer).

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:

•    Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

•    Any product not in its original condition

•    Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery

Q3. How do I return a purchased item? What is the procedure to return a product to Jewelscharm?

How will I be refunded for the return?

Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s) as Store credit with immediate effect on email intimation. If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Jewels charm account in a form of Gift Voucher or a cheque of equivalent amount will be sent to you upon request.If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days,
